COREtec Plus Enhanced LVP throughout our Kent home, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, about 1,200 sqft. Waterproof and critical for us with two kids and a golden retriever. Transitions between rooms seamless. Click-lock installation, no glue or nails. Done in 3 days. Crew moved all furniture.

Provenza Moda Living engineered hardwood in our Kirkland home, about 900 sqft. Wide plank European oak look is gorgeous. Glued down over concrete slab. Crew was meticulous keeping boards tight. Transitions at doorways perfectly flush. Also installed matching quarter-round molding.

Replaced old linoleum with large-format porcelain that looks like natural stone. Leveled the subfloor first due to 80 years of settling. Brick pattern with minimal grout lines. Also waterproofed under tile near dishwasher and sink. Smart detail I would not have thought of.

LVP in living areas and porcelain tile in bathrooms, about 1,400 sqft. Metal T-strip transitions look clean. Colors match closely so flow between rooms feels natural. Four stars because project ran 2 days over, but quality is very good and crew communicated the delay early.

Original fir floors in living and dining rooms sanded and refinished, damaged boards replaced with salvaged fir. Three coats of Bona Traffic HD. New white oak engineered hardwood in kitchen addition complements the original fir perfectly. Whole main floor feels cohesive now.

LifeProof LVP directly over concrete in our Bothell finished basement after moisture testing the slab. Attached underlayment provides thermal insulation. Ran it into the basement bathroom with proper transition strip. 600 sqft done in 2 days. The floor feels warm, not like cold basement.

Replaced cracked marble floor tile in both bathrooms with heated Ditra-Heat mat under new porcelain. Warm bathroom floor in January is life-changing. Hexagon mosaic in guest bath is particularly beautiful. Each bathroom took about 3 days including the heating system.

Complete flooring overhaul in our Federal Way rambler. Ripped out 30-year-old carpet and put in Shaw Floorte Pro LVP throughout the entire house. 1,800 sqft in 4 days. Crew was fast but not sloppy. Every cut around door frames is tight. New 3.25-inch baseboards too. Huge transformation.

New porcelain tile in kitchen and laundry room mimicking honed concrete with nice matte finish. Large 18x36 tiles make the small kitchen look bigger. No lippage, level throughout. Four stars because of a grout color mix-up, but they caught it before fully grouting and swapped correctly.

Travertine tile in our Magnolia entryway, about 120 sqft. Tumbled finish with warm cream tone in a Versailles pattern. Sealed with penetrating sealer that protects without changing the matte look. This entryway sets the tone for the whole house now. Guests always comment on it.
