Wallingford, Seattle · January 2026
Closed-off galley kitchen transformed to open concept with a 10-foot island, sink relocated to island, and walk-in pantry where the old coat closet was. The 3D renderings before starting were incredibly detailed. Final kitchen matched the rendering almost perfectly.

Queen Anne, Seattle · December 2025
David came out, measured everything, and had a detailed layout plan within a week. Redesigned our Queen Anne kitchen with island seating, relocated fridge for a proper work triangle, and under-cabinet lighting. Project manager Carlos kept us updated constantly.

Green Lake, Seattle · November 2025
Our bungalow kitchen was dark and cramped. David suggested enlarging the window and replacing upper cabinets with open shelving. Those two changes transformed the space. White flat-panel cabinets, Caesarstone counters, optimized workflow. Natural light changed everything.

1960s split-level wall between kitchen and dining room made both feel tiny. David designed the wall removal, specified the LVL beam, and planned a 9-foot island. Redesigned electrical from 2 circuits to 6. The pot filler over the range was his idea and it is a favorite feature.

Bothell · September 2025
David converted our old laundry closet into a walk-in pantry and added a coffee bar nook. The original dishwasher was on the opposite side from the sink. He redesigned the entire workflow. Also got a breakfast nook with built-in bench seating where there was dead space.

Ravenna, Seattle · August 2025
Gutted our kitchen and David designed a completely new layout. Sink relocated under the window, island we were told would not fit (fits perfectly), proper landing zone by the back door. When knob-and-tube wiring was found, David had already planned for that contingency.

Kirkland · July 2025
Our Kirkland kitchen had a weird layout where you walked past the island to get from fridge to stove. David reconfigured the work triangle by swapping fridge and pantry locations. Smart solution, no plumbing needed to move. Four stars only because the design consultation took 3 weeks to schedule.

Mercer Island · June 2025
Most detailed and transparent designer we met. Full gut plan with custom walnut cabinets, Dekton countertops, Wolf appliances, and a butlers pantry. The 3D rendering was so realistic we used it to pick backsplash tile. Final product matched almost perfectly. That level of planning is rare.

Capitol Hill, Seattle · May 2025
Kitchen design in a condo is tricky because you cannot move plumbing stacks without the HOA. David worked within constraints brilliantly. Peninsula instead of island, pull-out pantry cabinets, slim-profile appliances. Kitchen feels twice as big. He coordinated with our HOA board.

Issaquah · April 2025
Wanted to open up kitchen to dining room but not sure if structurally possible. David brought a structural engineer on first visit, confirmed load-bearing wall, designed support beam wrapped in reclaimed wood matching floors. New bar-height counter between rooms serves as workspace and serving area.
