Our Services

Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling provides kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and related home improvement services in the greater Seattle, Washington area. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured professionals in accordance with applicable Washington State building codes and regulations. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a separate written contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Estimates & Proposals

Estimates provided during consultations are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change. A detailed written proposal will be provided before any work begins. The proposal becomes binding only when signed by both the homeowner and a company representative. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Material prices are subject to market fluctuations, and any significant cost changes will be communicated before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each project contract. Our standard payment structure is as follows:

• A deposit is required upon contract signing to secure your project date and order materials.
• Progress payments are due at defined project milestones as outlined in the contract.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and your walkthrough approval.

We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Washington State law.

Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project timeline and total cost. We will provide a cost and schedule impact assessment before any change order work begins. Verbal requests for changes are not binding until formalized in writing.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. Labor and installation are warranted for a period specified in your project contract from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to the homeowner. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Project Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material supply delays, permit processing times, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during construction. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly and work to minimize delays.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid under the applicable project contract. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly with our clients. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in King County, Washington, before pursuing any legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
